The 4th Generation of the Boutros Family

The company was founded as Ship Agents in Iskenderun in 1880, by Abdullah Boutros. Ernest Boutros opened new branch offices in major Turkish ports. Today, the company is managed by the 4th generation of the Boutros family, Emil and Axel whom successfully expanded their activities to oil terminals in Turkey, Russia, Syria, Lebanon, and Iraq.
Boutros stands as a symbol of enduring trust and family heritage, as well as a forward-thinking partner. While we embrace modern technology to streamline our processes and offer real-time insights, we believe that nothing can replace the care and expertise of our people. Emil E. Boutros

Emil Boutros, graduate of the University of Denver, Colorado (USA) has served with distinction as the Honorary Consul of Spain and was Knighted as a Knight of the Order of Isabella the Catholic, an honor conferred by His Majesty King Juan Carlos I of Spain. Further elevating his commendable service, he was awarded the Encomienda in the Order of Isabella the Catholic by His Majesty King Felipe VI. Additionally, Emil also holds the esteemed position of Honorary Consul of Norway, having been appointed as an Officer of the Royal Norwegian Order of Merit by His Majesty King Harald V of Norway.
